Good Morning Dr. Hari,

While in Portland, OR this summer, you spoke about the positive effects of Asana on the body and the organs. Can you provide some more detail on what is going on with the body both anatomically and physiologically as well as energetically when we apply pressure and send breath and intention into the postures? Especially in postures like Pavanamuktasana and Pashimothanasana?
